At No Weigh TCG, we are committed to providing you with genuine, untampered Japanese Pokémon TCG products, delivered through our transparent No Weigh System. Due to the unpredictable and volatile market nature of trading card games, our policy is designed to be clear and consistent, aligning with industry standards for sealed products.

All Sales Are Final (For Undamaged & As-Described Products)

Once an order has been placed and received by the customer in its described and undamaged condition, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, or for products that arrive as described and free from damage. This policy is standard in the collectible trading card market, ensuring the integrity and value of all items.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Upon Arrival

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand by the quality of our packaging. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we are here to help.

Conditions for Damaged/Incorrect Product Returns:

  1. Notification Window: You must notify us within 3 calendar days of your order's delivery date (as confirmed by tracking information) if your product arrives damaged or incorrect.

  2. Unopened Condition: For any damaged or incorrect product, it must be returned to us unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging (if applicable). We cannot accept returns for opened products.

  3. Proof of Damage: You may be required to provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage to the packaging and the product itself.

  4. Return Authorization: Do not send products back without prior authorization from No Weigh TCG. Please contact us at CustomerService@NoWeighTCG.com with details of the issue.

Upon review and approval of your claim, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will work with you to offer a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or a replacement of the damaged/incorrect item.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. While we aim to process and ship orders very quickly to get your products to you as soon soon as possible, this means a significant amount of work begins shortly after your order is placed.

  • 10% Restocking/Processing Fee: Orders cancelled after they have been placed will be subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee. This fee helps cover the costs incurred, such as credit card processing fees, immediate allocation of product, and the labor involved in preparing your order for shipment (even if it hasn't left our facility yet).

  • Refund Calculation: Your refund will be the original order total minus the 10% restocking/processing fee.
